She was an important figure in the creation of The Eagles, and she helped and spotlighted James Taylor and others. She was very generous with her band mates, her time, and her support.
She also crossed into many genres within the music industry, e.g., Rock, Country, Mariachi, and easy listening.
By 2011, she was still not in the Rock Hall of Fame...and the key players from The Eagles noted this, and by 2014 she was in, after many decades.
