Emma Skies saved her dog and now wants to save others. Emma is a video gamer and streamer, and this is her fourth year of fundraising for SPCA. Her annual livestream Twitch Charity, for the Sacramento SPCA, takes place on April 17th, from noon until midnight, as reported in the Sacramento Bee on Sunday, April 11, 2021.
