José Luis Salinas, One of the best comic strip, comics, artist!

 We remember his passing in January (1985) and celebrate his birth in February (1908). He was a master of art, and of the brush.

José Luis Salinas moved to the US in 1949, and he is most known for his Cisco Kid work.
