The Coming of Conan.......the barbarian

Conan celebrates 50 yrs in Comics, ushered in by Roy Thomas and Barry (Windsor) Smith.

Unfortunately, Barry Windsor Smith was paid a terrible rate, at about 20 dollars per page. He fought to get a green card, and submitted work as a gifted artist, those two works remained with the government.

Windsor Smith went on to further acclaim, as did Thomas.
