Apparently Steven Spielberg went far in blocking Roma at the Academy Awards, and continues to do so.
It is reported that he wants the rules changed so that a Roma type win does not happen again. Think about this: How many studios would have bet on Roma when it was first proposed?
He apparently, wants to take out streaming movies out of the equation, yet how many folks actually go to the movies/theater?
The times are changing.
However, I do prefer seeing movies on the big screen.
