Roy Thomas spent time with Stan lee 48 hrs before his passing

Roy Thomas (Ultron co-creator), who was mentored by Lee, spent about a half an hour with Stan Lee before he passed.

Stan had mentioned to Thomas that he was ready to die. Stan's energy was low, according to Thomas.

Stan's wife, Joan,  passed in 2017.
