Man in the Shadow, is this the most important Orson Welles movie today?

This played several nights ago on Starz Encore. The movie is very powerful, and it came out in 1957, starring the great Orson Welles, Jeff Chandler (kinda looks like Doc Savage in the movie), and Colleen Miller.
