Frazetta, as you may know, was one of the very best at drawing.
Ellie & Frank were a powerful team. Frank had a duo love for baseball as he did for art.
At the time of his prime professional baseball did not pay that well, and included traveling away from NY.
Frank was not about to do that. He stuck with the painting at ME comics, with Al Capp on Little Abner,
with Johnny Comet (Ace McCoy), and many others works. Kernel, Evans, were good friends and were
there at the right time.
Ellie valued his work and his personality and she handled the business, though she was a mighty artist herself.
Frank created an image of Ringo during the Beatle-mania days and Hollywood took notice, and a couple years later Frazetta did it again with the Conan covers, and a few later, again, with the Ballantine books when Hollywood stars took notice.
Lucas and Eastwood took notice, and they liked the acreage of the Frazetta property, and then Lucas had
Skywalker ranch, and Eastwood had the acreage at Carmel by the sea.
Soltero is fond of his friendship with Ellie and Frank.
