Happy Birthday Dalai Lama, Tenzin Gyatso

 The city of Sacramento was blessed to have the Dalai Lama visit several years ago.

The President of the California Senate presented him with Dr. Soltero's art as a gift, in Sacramento, at the time of his first visit to Sacramento.
