Big Numbers, Alan Moore & Bill Scienkiewicz, best stories

"Big Numbers is my favorite unfinished stories, and of the best stories period." Soltero

It was originally titled the Mandelbrot Set, after Benoit Mandelbrot's complex number theory. Alan Moore contacted him to use the term and Mandelbrot declined.

Alan changed the title to Big Numbers.

Originally the Mandelbrot set described what was known as the chaos theory, which later became the fractal theory.

It was Alan's ambition to connect multiple story lines.

Though only two issues were published I suggest you look for them.

During this period, Dave McKean started his own complex project and he completed it. Cages is massive and I recommend you read it.
