Here is a pic from back in the day (1940) ---of a rare comic strip/book (sequential art) drawn by Albert Dorne-- Dorne being a great influence to the late John Buscema.
If Buscema saw this ad at the time he would have been 13 yrs old.
Buscema was also great at expressions, facial and hand, and he clearly acknowledged the work of Albert Dorne. Dorne was the president of the Famous Artist school-- he was very successful at it.
John went on to have his on art class in the 70s, and co-produced a how to draw book as well. He gave many art demos, at various places.
