The iconic producer, Raymond Chow, who launched the career of Bruce Lee and challenged the Shaw Brothers with martial art movies has died at age 91, on the day of the dead.
He gave Bruce his break, and then let the young Bruce direct his own movie, and then teamed up with Warner Brothers to co-fund Enter the Dragon.
Raymond also put Jackie Chan on the international map. He also produced the first TMNT live action movie--which was a hit.
Raymond never payed Kareem Abdul for his acting in Game of Death, as Bruce had invited Kareem to film during a break in Kareem's schedule.
Kareem did his part, but was never paid.
