Groo in the Wild. Groo is perplexed with how animals are treated by humans. Sergio always has a clever way with a special message, through the adventures of Groo. As usual, mark Evanier is on board, and Stan Sakai does the lettering. Tom Luth has retired and we now have the coloring by Carrie Strachan. A new look for the book. Pick a copy at your local shop.

Biden, US, vetoed a humanitarian cease-fire

A UN resolution for an immediate humanitarian cease-fire in Gaza was shot down by the US. The 15 member Security Council vote results: 13 for the cease fire, US veto--nay, and the UK abstained, 13-1 final vote. "Attacks from air, land, and sea are intense and widespread," U.N. Secretary-General Guterres. He also stated, prior to the vote, that Gaza residents are being moved to ever-smaller slivers of the south, minus the basics for survival. The BBC is reporting over 100,000 buildings destroyed. Other outlets report a conservative figure of 40% of homes destroyed. photo © respective owner
