I thought it would be more about the teacher Thich Nhat Hanh, but it is more about the
Plum Valley group (he only has a few minutes of actual speaking time). It has the pace of another Buddhist movie I saw long ago--appropriately to slow the viewer onto a meditative place.
I think it is worth seeing if you are into philosophy.
I enjoyed the part of the African American buddhist visiting her family.
